Fine Art Chocolates was founded in early 2003. We initially were only serving local businesses with our product. But due to demand from the public, we decided to take it directly to the consumer.
Before founding Fine Art Chocolates, Bruce Tegarden owned and operated Fine Art Pastries in Woodinville, WA.
Bruce Tegarden has a degree in the culinary arts from Seattle Central University.
